Bake your way to a better breakfast!

Hi friends,

Start your day off right with these 3 recipes. Enjoy them fresh or make ahead - they're just as good the next day!

We LOVE starting our day with these Egg Bites! They're our Starbucks copycat recipe and frankly, we think they're even better - not to mention a fraction of the cost. Packed with protein and low in carbs, these soft and silky egg bites are a perfect make-ahead breakfast for busy mornings or a meal on the go! (Just follow our directions for reheating.)

For another grab-and-go breakfast option or snack, try these Peanut Butter Banana Oat Muffins! (They make a great addition to a lunch box, too.) Made with whole grain oats, these are muffins you can feel good about. Looking for a heartier muffin? Follow our tips for increasing the oats and adding your favourite mix-ins.

"These turned out great! Not too sweet and my grandkids loved them! I'll definitely be making this recipe again!" - Janet

If you're looking for a breakfast option to keep you full and help you meet your protein goals, we suggest you try these Protein Pancakes! This recipe uses fresh, whole-food ingredients, is gluten-free, and high in protein without using protein powder!

Note: This recipe makes a single serving of pancakes. If you're looking to make additional servings, follow our instructions here!
