Your Easter dinner, from start to finish!

Hi friends,

Easter is fast approaching for those of you who celebrate, so we've put together a few recipes to help you plan your upcoming meal! For those of you who don't celebrate, we hope you will find a delicious recipe or two in this mix to help you enjoy the spring season.

classic deviled eggs arranged on a platter Easy Homemade Classic Buttermilk Buns in a bowl

Start your meal here! Classic Deviled Eggs, with their creamy filling, make a tasty addition to any table. Be sure to follow my tips in the post for perfect hard boiled eggs every time and how to make THE best deviled eggs around. These Easy Homemade Classic Buttermilk Buns use a simple dough that bakes to a perfectly tender roll. I love sharing this recipe of my grandmother's, especially around holidays!

Spring vegetables are always a welcome addition to the table. There's no excuse to leave off these Lemon Garlic Roasted Asparagus - this fast and flavourful dish comes together in minutes. These Roasted Rainbow Carrots might just become a new favourite side dish - with just five ingredients required, they're on the table in just 25 minutes.

sliced Easy Maple Dijon Glazed Ham Easy One Pan Maple Glazed Pork with apples and onions in a skillet

For your main, you've got options. For a more traditional approach, this Easy Maple Dijon Glazed Ham is sweet and tangy - and is another one of my family recipes! (Be sure to follow my tips in the post about how to score a ham.) If you'd like an alternative to ham, try this Easy One Pan Maple Glazed Pork with Apples and Onions!

dish of rosemary dill roasted potatoes Easy Classic Scalloped Potatoes being scooped out of a dish

Potatoes, anyone? Make the most of fresh herbs with these Rosemary Dill Roasted Potatoes! They're ready in just half an hour with minimal ingredients. If you are looking for creamy, cheesy goodness, try these Easy Classic Scalloped Potatoes instead. We love that it can be prepared up to 24 hours ahead of time. (Just make sure you place the cold dish in a cold oven to prevent the dish from cracking!)

Classic Carrot Cake slice stack of sliced soft and chewy sugar cookie bars

End your meal with this fabulous moist and tender Classic Carrot Cake. I'm a purist so you won't find nuts or pineapple in this batter. Think carrots, buttermilk, sugar, and spice... and light and fluffy cream cheese frosting! For a fun, casual dessert, we love these Soft and Chewy Sugar Cookie Bars! They're an easy treat we love to customize for holidays.

The Classic Carrot Cake recipe above happens to be this month's feature recipe for our #busybakingchallenge in The Busy Baker Facebook Community!
